A few weeks ago we noticed one of our neighbors chickens had layed eggs out in front of our house. Today I told Josie I had a surprise for her and we took her out to see the chicks that had hatched. She really wanted to hold the black one she named Buddy but the momma is a bit mean so I think we will try and keep her away for awhile.
